It provides structured market data, technical visualizations, and source-cited corporate research for informational purposes only. It is not an investment adviser, does not manage funds, does not provide financial advice, and does not execute trades.

1. Informational and Research Purposes Only

All content, data, visual charts, indicators, quotes, and research generated or facilitated by marketbot are provided strictly for educational, informational, and analytical research purposes.

marketbot does not provide tailored investment advice, financial planning, tax counsel, or legal recommendations. Nothing delivered through the bot or web interface constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any stock, option, future, commodity, cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument.

2. No Trade Execution or Custody

marketbot does not execute market transactions, place brokerage orders, accept deposits, route trades, or hold custody of funds. The application does not request, store, or access private brokerage login credentials, banking credentials, or API keys for financial accounts.

3. Accuracy, Latency, and Market Data Sources

Market quotes, technical charts, watchlist aggregates, and corporate filings are retrieved through third-party upstream providers (including Yahoo Finance and regulatory repositories). While marketbot strives for operational reliability and clarity:

  • Data feeds may experience market delays, upstream outages, or feed anomalies. marketbot makes no guarantee of continuous uptime or instantaneous tick precision.
  • Users should verify critical financial information against primary regulatory filings (such as SEC Form 10-K and 10-Q) and certified market exchange feeds before making investment decisions.

4. AI Research and Citations

Conversational research features use large language models grounded by tool-based evidence retrieval and primary document citations. While designed to minimize inaccuracies and anchor responses in primary filings, automated outputs may occasionally contain interpretive variances or omissions. You are responsible for evaluating the completeness and accuracy of cited sources.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By interacting with marketbot in Discord servers or direct messages, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Refrain from reverse engineering, prompt injection attacks, denial-of-service abuse, or automated scraping designed to exhaust shared system quotas.
  • Respect intellectual property rights and applicable financial market regulations.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, marketbot DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL marketbot BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
